General conditions for taking part in the competition  

CLUB MED Suisse SA, Chemin des Mines 2, 1202 Geneva (hereinafter: CLUB MED) & FOREVER INSTITUT + Rue du Rhône 56, 1204 Geneva.

The following conditions apply to the competition. By taking part in the competition, the Participant accepts these conditions.

Participation in the FOREVER INSTITUT x CLUB MED SUISSE competition is free of charge and there is no obligation to buy.

Article 1 - Definitions 

For the purposes of these general terms and conditions of participation, the expressions below shall have the following meanings:

"Competition This online competition is entitled "Forever Institut x Club Med Suisse Competition";

"Participant : fulfilling the conditions of article 3 and taking part in the Competition ;

"Site This competition is open to a selection of customers who have received an email from Forever Institut and through the Forever Institut Instagram account to take part in the competition and also in the final draw.

"Organising Company FOREVER INSTITUT hereinafter Forever Institut.

Article 2 - Competition (duration and principle) 

The Competition will run from 04/11/2024 to 06/01/2025 inclusive. It is understood that FOREVER INSTITUT may postpone or cancel the Contest if circumstances so require. In such a case, FOREVER INSTITUT will inform the Participants as soon as possible by email, private Instagram message or phone call.

The Participant must (1) answer all the questions on the form and click on "Participate" to validate his/her entry.

Article 3 - Participants 

The Participant must be a natural person, aged 18 or over and domiciled in Switzerland or neighbouring France.

Article 4 - Exclusion 

The employees of FOREVER INSTITUT & CLUB MED and the people who helped organise the competition., as well as members of their families living under the same roof, may not take part in the Competition.

Article 5 - Conditions for entering the Competition and determining the winners

To take part in the Competition, the Participant must answer all the questions on the form, click on "Participate" and receive confirmation of receipt and be contactable by the email address provided on the form.

The participant undertakes to complete the registration form provided in good faith, in the knowledge that any inaccurate or incomplete registration will not be taken into account. The same shall apply in the event of multiple registrations. The Participant acknowledges that the data he/she communicates and which is stored in the information system is accurate and constitutes proof of his/her identity.

Only Participants who have correctly and exhaustively completed the registration form and answered all the questions will be able to take part in the prize draw.

The winner will be chosen by random draw, by an innocent hand, between 07/01/2025 and 10/01/2025 in Geneva at the Institut FOREVER INSTITUT, Rue du Rhône 56, 1204 Geneva.

FOREVER INSTITUT reserves the right to cancel the entire Contest if it appears that there have been irregularities in the participation in the Contest or in the determination of the winner, in any form whatsoever, but in particular by means of computers. It also reserves the right to exclude the Participants concerned from the Competition and to deprive them of their prize. FOREVER INSTITUT cannot be held responsible for this, and no compensation can be claimed in this respect. The winners will be informed in January by e-mail.

Article 6 - Prizes 

The prize to be won is: A Club Med voucher worth CHF 1,000, valid for a Club Med holiday. to be booked before 31 December 2025 with Club Med Voyages Geneva by telephone on 0840 841 842 or by e-mail: cmv.geneve@clubmed.com. No exclusion of dates of stay. The credit note can be used for the stay (excluding transport) once the deposit has been paid.

The special conditions of the stays are:

- The voucher is personal, non-transferable, non-retroactive, non-refundable and valid for the land portion of the package (excluding transport).

FOREVER INSTITUT & CLUB MED cannot be held responsible for failure to award the prize for reasons over which it has no influence (incomplete or incorrect address details of the winner).

Any costs incurred as a result of winning a prize (such as passport and visa fees, etc.), taxes and other levies shall be borne by the winner.

FOREVER INSTITUT & CLUB MED reserves the right to check the accuracy of the information provided by the participants. The prize will only be awarded to the participant whose details correspond to the truth.

The participant undertakes not to assume the identity of any other person or use a false name. This also includes the use of a false address. In other words, FOREVER INSTITUT & CLUB MED reserve the right to deprive the participant of their prize and to charge any resulting costs.

Non-compliance with the said conditions, as well as manipulation or the use of unfair or inappropriate procedures likely to influence the chances of winning, will automatically result in the exclusion of the participant concerned. Under no circumstances may the latter demand to receive any prize whatsoever and must immediately return to CLUB MED any prize that he/she has already received.

Any violation of the general terms and conditions and/or any suspicion of manipulation of any kind may result in the disqualification of the offender from the competition and/or the initiation of criminal and/or civil proceedings.

Article 7 - Confidentiality and communication of personal data 

The Participant declares that he/she accepts that, in the context of this competition, his/her personal data will be processed by FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED SUISSE in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) of 19 June 1992.

FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED are committed to ensuring that data relating to participants is treated confidentially. FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED also ensure, through appropriate organisational, legal and technical measures, that the user's personal data are protected against unauthorised processing.

The Participant agrees that the data collected will be used solely by FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED SUISSE to the exclusion of any other entity, for the purposes of market research, marketing, commercial prospecting and advertising.

The Participant expressly acknowledges by entering this Contest that he/she may receive advertising messages from FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED SUISSE for an indefinite period (e-mail). The Participant may at any time and free of charge stop the sending of advertising messages by making a request to FOREVER INSTITUT and CLUB MED (by telephone or post).

Neither FOREVER INSTITUT, CLUB MED, nor any employee or auxiliary of the latter, may be held responsible for any theft or loss of data unless they are guilty of gross negligence.

Participants have the right to consult their personal data free of charge and to have it corrected or deleted if it proves to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

Users wishing to exercise this right should send a request by post to FOREVER INSTITUT, Rue du Rhône 56, 1204 Geneva & to CLUB MED SUISSE, complaints department, Chemin des Mines 2, 1202 Geneva.

Article 8 - Additional provisions  

All legal action is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
