You feel great - and yet people dare to tell you that you look tired... Botulinum toxin injections are your best ally in the fight against fatigue! It acts like a muscle relaxant where expression lines start to appear. You'll look rested and positive!
But that's not all: it can also be used to treat excessive sweating (hyperhydrosis).
Benefits
- Smoothes fine lines and wrinkles: Botulinum toxin injections help to prevent and reduce expression lines in the upper part of the face. These include the vertical lines between the eyebrows (frown lines), the fine lines around the eyes (crow's feet), the horizontal lines on the forehead and the "bunny lines" on the higher part of the nose.
- Treatment of hypersudationBotulinum toxin: botulinum toxin injections are used to reduce excessive sweating in the armpits (hyperhidrosis).
During the session
After an in-depth discussion to determine your expectations, the doctor will select the botulinum toxin best suited to your needs. (We use Vistabel, Azzalure, Dysport, Xeomin and Bocouture). The doctor will then mark the precise injection points on your skin using a dermatological pencil. The injections will be carried out with extremely fine micro-needles, making the process barely perceptible and relatively quick.
Results
The botulinum protein begins to take effect between 5 and 7 days after treatment. The final results appear between the 10th and 15th day. At this stage, if a minor touch-up is required, you can book a follow-up appointment.
Efficiency
We guarantee a duration of efficacy of approximately 3 months, which is in line with the results obtained in clinical trials.
If you notice a faster loss of efficiency, please contact us for a follow-up. This will enable us to assess the situation and take any necessary action!
NB: the duration of results may vary from one individual to another and may also vary from one session to another for the same person. Various factors beyond our control may play a role, such as metabolism or physical activity.

Depending on the anatomy of your face, the tone of your muscles, your particular facial expressions, your age and the number of wrinkles you want to reduce, the dosage and injection points may vary.

For frown lines as well as Crow's feet wrinkles / For the forehead as well as the frown line.
NB: The forehead area is counted as "2 zones" because the treatment includes the area between the eyebrows to ensure a harmonious result.

To rejuvenate the entire upper third of the face: forehead, crow's feet and frown lines.
For a harmonious result, we generally recommend the 3-zone treatment.

Pre-treatment precautions
- To minimise the risk of bruising, it is advisable to avoid blood-thinning substances in the days leading up to your appointment. This includes anti-inflammatories, aspirin and supplements such as turmeric, omega-3 and vitamin C.
Post-treatment precautions
- Avoid compressing or massaging the area where the botulinum toxin has been injected for 48-72 hours.
- Avoid sauna/hammam or intense sport for 24 hours
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Allergy and/or hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin type A
- Infection or inflammation of the skin near the injection site
- Muscular disorders and/or neurological disease
Good to know
Some temporary inconveniences may occur during the product stabilisation period, such as asymmetry or heaviness in the eyelids.
Temporary, non-serious side effects may occur, such as redness, bruising or headaches.
