Medical rhinoplasty, also known as non-surgical rhinoplasty, is a cosmetic procedure designed to improve the appearance of the nose without the need for surgery. It uses injectables such as fillers (hyaluronic acid) and botulinum toxin (Botox®) to change the shape, size or projection of the nose. During the session
After disinfecting the area to be treated, the hyaluronic acid or Botox® is injected using a very fine needle or a micro-cannula. This treatment is carried out in cooperation with the patient, who validates the improvement of his or her nose with the help of a mirror at each stage.
The filling product contains a local anaesthetic to ensure maximum patient comfort.
Results
The effects are immediate and visible as soon as the injection session is over but to fully appreciate the final results, you need to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the the swelling has completely subsided and the product is in place.
Effects
As hyaluronic acid is resorbable, the effects last between 12 and 18 months on average, depending on the patient.. A maintenance treatment is therefore recommended to maintain the result,

Pre-treatment precautions
- To minimise the risk of bruising, it is advisable to avoid blood-thinning substances in the days leading up to your appointment. This includes anti-inflammatories, aspirin, and supplements such as turmeric, omega-3 and vitamin C.
Post-treatment precautions
- Avoid very hot weather for the first few hours
- Avoid pressing or massaging the treated area for at least 6 hours after the injection.
Contraindications
- Have already had a rhinoplasty surgical
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Sinusitis and high fever
- Immunological diseases such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, etc.
- Known sensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics
- On the area to be treated open wound, skin infection
- Coagulation disorders
- Porphyria
